Family Space Rentals is a family business venture created in 2019 by Yury Generalov and Elena Generalova with the acquisition of several vacation rental properties in Arizona, Florida, St. Kits and Hawaii.

The business idea was born out of their passion for family travel and the need to find affordable and comfortable accommodation for their family of five. Over time Yury Generalov saw a business opportunity in acquiring and managing a portfolio of upscale vacation rental properties for external clients.

Yury Generalov is a mastermind and CEO of Family Space Rentals responsible for strategy development, property selection, due diligence, acquisition, advertising and rentals portfolio management.

Elena Generalova is a CFO, responsible for financial planning, investment analysis, internal controls, accounting and financial reporting.
